There
are three major causes of disease:
·
Candida/Fungus
·
Viruses
·
Bacteria
However, parasites are now in hot pursuit to join them.
Excess
yeast causes a variety of symptoms, depending on the person.
Common
signs of Candida overgrowth that are more visible include vaginal yeast
infections among women, rashes that can develop under larges breasts, male
jock itch, and athlete’s foot.
When you
begin showing signs such as these you know it has become systemic throughout
your body.
Signs of
systemic Candida overgrowth are:
Extreme
fatigue, dizziness, headaches, sore throat, foggy thinking, weight gain and
craving for carbohydrates.
Candida
can suppress your metabolism and when this happens you gain weight.
Using
antibiotics can kill ‘friendly’ bacteria while they are killing germs and
when this happens Candida begins to multiply.
Birth
control pills are also known to stimulate the growth of Candida yeast as
well as diets high in sugar.
Candida
weakens your immune system so it is important to keep your body free of this
fungus.
