The single most important factor to good health is the pH level of your blood and tissues.

 This is necessary because:

  1. Your system needs to be in a slightly alkaline state in order for your body to metabolically function properly.
  2. Your blood is ideally maintained at 7.365 pH.
  1. The more slightly alkaline your body is, the healthier you are!

When your blood is too acidic it begins to pull alkaline minerals out of your tissues to compensate for its overacidity.

If the acid overload gets too great for your blood to balance, excess acid is dumped into your tissues for storage.

Your circulatory system will try to get rid of this excess acid through your lungs and kidneys, however, if there is too much waste to handle, this extra acid is deposited in various organ systems, including your heart, pancreas, liver, colon, brain or stored in fatty tissue.

Just think of how easy acid eats through the hardest of minerals like marble, for example!

Your body is a marvelous invention by mother nature and is always in self-protect mode. In order to protect your organs from being destroyed by too much acid in your system, amazingly it produces more fat cells to protect your delicate organs and goes about storing any overload of acid and bacterial waste in these fat cells.

What you need to know is……

Bacterial fungus, mold and parasites love living in an acidic environment. These are live bacteria that live off your body’s nutrients. A typical American diet creates a very acidic bloodstream so the more you eat sugar, white flour, fatty foods, coffee, alcohol and chemical preservatives that come in the form of processed foods, your bloodstream will get pretty congested resulting in lots of bacteria living in your bloodstream. Eventually, if allowed to continue over many years, will manifest into disease.

So if you want to live a long life and a quality one at that, you would be wise to test your

pH level with pH test strips and learn how to maintain a clean, healthy bloodstream.
